As a family-owned and operated business in Sycamore, IL since the late summer of 1998, BLP Construction was built on hard work, integrity, and decades of hands-on field experience. Founder Bob Pondelick began his career with Hanson Excavating in Elburn, IL, working there from 1985 until launching BLP. Starting small and growing steadily over the years is what has shaped the strong, dependable company we are today.
Today, BLP Construction proudly offers a full range of services to support residential, commercial, and agricultural customers throughout the region. Our team specializes in Excavating Service, Hauling Service, and Demolition Service, delivered with the same care and craftsmanship that built our reputation.
